  1. Maybe its because i live in Scotland everything I buy from the mint has to go back atleast three times.
  2. Mine looking brilliant Three coins with spots on them. Thanks royal mint.
  3. Received today filling a little tube of these
  4. @CollectorNo1 IMO. Which is usually wrong. Maybe because of the cost for grading. I’m sure these days with a lot of modern we all want it graded for those 70’s. The cost alone for 10 coins is a lot. Maybe thats factored into a raw set maybe not 😀
  5. @DeepSpace Its usually 1 per customer
  6. @westminstrel Been a while now but I think i got my 2017 SOTD for £525 from the mint. Could be wrong
  7. What month are we talking roughly for new sovs?
  8. @Zhorro have u got a link to the 2oz completer?
  9. Well ive went for it. Just paid my cc off and now it has £1.8k on it 🤣🤣 wish i was rich enough for the quarter gold 🤤
  10. @NewCoins congrats! How do you tell how many are left? Thanks
  11. Well now 2oz Silver three graces NGC £1,900 PCGS £2,300 😲
  12. Just looking through there a lot seem to be expensive. The 2017 SOTD at £1,050 currently is a decent price if it doesn't move too much. Silver 2oz three graces looking lower again. Think the 70’s might settle at £1,000 once the rest are back from NGC. The alderney 3 sov set has the full sov and half in there. Looks like it wont achieve much more than release price. I think ill be stung with that when mine comes back from ngc. Just need to never turn the coin over for the Queens portrait 🤣 IMO
  13. @Foster88 Looking at bids on some things I don't think there is a too much right now :))
  14. @PaulYes I have been keeping an eye every auction and that has been the trend. Usually I see more interest in NGC these days but clearly not for this one.
  15. Currently a 1989 PF70 PCGS at a bid of £1,950 in this auction The NGC version currently at £1,550. Too much I think?
  16. Flippers already out the gate fast. I have no issue with them but on this coin come on 🤣. Surely there is a limit to what is flippable. It didn't sell out instantly for a reason. Already seen multiple on FB and there down to £1250. I think for this coin it is very risky to try and flip.
  17. I am hoping to pick up a 1937 sovereign from the London coin fair in July. What about you?
  18. I think that is a safe place to keep your money. If within your budget I would also try and secure a full sovereign 1989 PF70. Doubles are also more affordable than the 1 sov because they are not collected as much as the 1 sov.
  19. There is not one in the current Coin cabinet auction but there was one in the last and it had a final sale price of £775.
  20. Very good price in my opinion.
  21. I believe it will do well over time as it is a sought after sovereign design. How much did you pay?
  22. I remember when I joined the forum the advice was always don’t touch this stuff. I’m going to put this in with the music legends absolute 💩💩💩
