Up for sale is this handsome Charles I Thirty Shillings which would make a nice accompaniment to the latest British Monarchs series.
Great detail, nice blue toning and a full flan, with a good weight of 14.75g, it’s diameter 36mm

Description:  Charles I (1625- 1649) Thirty Shillings, Obverse: Sword wielding King Charles I on horseback. 'F' below the horse's hoof, rough ground below. Mint Mark, Thistle at the start of the legend.  Reverse: Crowned royal arms. Thistle at the start of the legend.  Spink: 5556
Obverse Lettering: CAROLVS · D : G · MAG · BRITAN : FRAN : ET : HIB : REX : 
Translation: Charles, by the grace of God, King of Great Britain, France and Ireland 
Reverse Lettering: QVÆ · DEVS : CONIVNXIT : NEMO : SEPARET

I have some extremely rare Mexican Gold & Silver for sale.. The Gold 200 Pesos is 17.28g of .900 (1/2oz) & is rated 90/100 on Numista for rarity.. So the chances are these may not have been seen on TSF before never mind sold..
The 3 Silver coins are 25,50 & 100 Pesos & are .925 Silver..

Nice mix to finish the week. Thanks to @CoinsOfTheRealmAuctions for the memorial Sov (finally back from grading) and not a perfect frosting (speck missing on Charlie’s neck) but hey ho, not a misdemeanour for grading purposes. Bought this lovely original US 1866 seated liberty today.
Probably an XF 40 or 45.
San Francisco mint mark on the bottom of the Eagle.

Will have to dig the others out for a family photo 😁

This is my spare set and in my eyes they are a thing of beauty and not often seen around this neck of the woods.
The sets consists of 1oz 1/2oz and 1/4oz. All coins have some heavy toning but in my opinion this only adds to the beauty of them.

Do it, I have with mine 😁. Have you seen that the mint has changed the material used for the packaging? As I believe the earlier omp caused issues with the coin, I have some yellow ish discolouration to the first coin hence taking all out of omp

Opinions differ on this, I myself have left mine in these plastic bags. I am also of the opinion that the coins will sell better in their original packaging. Many collectors insist on buying them as issued. But of course everyone can arrange his collection as he likes. Just my thoughts, have a nice week and greetings from Maxe.

If you can get some nice airtight black ring capsules then go for it.... those plastic pouch things can damage coins I've heard. Just my opinion but others might disagree
