The current series I’m collecting - that are still relatively new and easy to get the back dated coins are Perth Mint 1oz Dragon bar coins (started 2018), Tudor Beasts 2oz bullion silver and the Zombucks (just been the Pandamonium and Kookaburried so far).

My 5 year old grandson is starting to show an interest in my silver stack.
I have, therefore, decided to encourage him by trying to obtain a set of UK silver coins. The coins I’m after would be circulated/fair condition coins that he could touch and handle without having to wear gloves. Ideally the images/dates would be distinguishable.
Now looking for 92.5% silver. Therefore - Queen Victoria, Edward VII and George V.
The coins I’m after would be one of each for all of the above monarchs: 3d, 4d (groat), 6d, shilling, florin, half crown.
Ideally, I would like to purchase from one seller and as close to spot as possible. (Please be kind ).

I agree that a vast improvement to the feedback section would be buyer/seller tabs.
Although the majority of my visits to the forum are as a purchaser, I have sold one or two coins (usually as a response to a ‘wanted’ post).
I have only been a member for 18 months and have already accumulated 3 pages of feedback. In order to find my seller feedback, a potential buyer would have to trawl though a couple a pages to find any.
Whilst the forum site is still undergoing an upgrade… perhaps this should be included @ChrisSilver.
I am certain that this would be a positive and informative upgrade.

I have no problem with constructive feedback and take it on board.
When told my opinion is total bull - I will defend the right to share my opinion, which might carry more weight than the average person but is equally as valid and have the right to be heard.
I hate that those with social media profiles are often chastised for standing up for themselves. There are so many amazing things that happen with what I do, but there is a negative aspect to social media that grinds on your soul. Holding my tongue is sometimes not an option.
I have no issues with your comment, it was done respectfully and in a non confrontational way and I look forward to working with you again soon!

I love you man and I appreciate everything you do for TSF. You are a champion in the UK gold/silver space ♥️
I have noticed on occasion you are somewhat confrontational with responses to folks on YouTube. It may seem innocent on your behalf but you should understand that as an important cog in the community that your opinions, even if off the cuff, carry a lot more weight than the average person
I strongly disagree about buyer feedback being unimportant. For established members with 100+ trades it's maybe inconsequential but for new members the feedback is essential. The most important metric on TSF is the feedback/trading history. If you see someone has spent £10K or £100K on TSF with no issues, surely that has to carry some weight?
I agree with your views on selling feedback being more important than buying feedback but that doesn't make buying feedback unimportant. I also agree that a buying history is irrelevant for selling. If I started selling on TSF I would treat myself as a total noob and would ship first before receiving payment (to high rep/trading members only), or use your good self as an intermediary
For separation of buy/sell feedback I think it would be prudent to distinguish between gold and silver. I'll happily buy silver from anyone, especially if it's Britannias, but gold? Not on your nelly. Trusted members only. Selling gold is a different league
Please don't take this as being negative, I've had nothing but great dealings with you and hopefully this will continue for a long time!

Thats fair enough, no one is made to buy off any one they dont want to.
Some one with some feedback, in my view are going to be safer to deal with,  with more of a reputation to lose.

Being a buyer on TSF is as difficult as being a seller in my opinion. It is 50% from a successful transaction and many sellers usually ignore the buyer's efforts.
A buyer will have to make a lot of hard decisions:
    1. To choose from a large selection of products offered for sale on TSF.
    2. To buy a product seen only on pictures from a person who never met before.
    3. To communicate effectively via PM with another member. Can be more difficult for some people.
    4. To have trust to divulge to an unknown person the real name, real delivery address and real bank details.
    5. To have the trust to send (usually) a large amount of money to an unknown person.
    6. To wait sometimes hours or even days until the payment was confirmed. Happened to me to not receive any message after payment which is very frustrating and stressful.
    7. To wait patiently few days until the goods has arrived.
Please, guys, reconsider your position toward buyers! Your buyers are your customers and a successful transaction is the one where both parts are 100% satisfied!🤗

Good idea to sell a few small items to begin building a sellers reputation. Also, offer to post first to established members in order to build trust. That’s how I did it and am sure anyone I’ve sold to would now give a seal of approval. One scammer needn’t change the overall tone of the forum. The good far outweighs the bad 👍🏼

    Hello Everyone,
Firstly I want to say thank you to everyone that’s shown me a warm welcome (back)!
I joined the forum just over 2 years ago now (using a different username).
For those of you that remember my previous username, I rather you not share it publicly. (Happy to explain why privately).
The reason I took a 10 month break from TSF was because I was focusing on building a YouTube channel, the channel I created now has over 7,000 subscribers & a lot of my first subscribers actually came from here, so again thank you to those of you that helped support my channel in the early days!
It feels great to be back active on TSF, I’ve already been snooping around the trade section & picking up some silver. I forgot how great the deals were on here! Love this place, love the community & thanks again for having me and showing me such a warm welcome back!
