Looking at the RM web sites Christmas stuff
it is amazing to see what hasn’t shifted going back a couple of years 
 

I'm not touching these, been an expensive few years for sovs and this is just a plain one for the hard-core sov fans. I know the mint are saying its the first definitive charles and g+d together but that's not really a desirable thing for me and really pushing it to make this seem special
 I do appreciate the uncrowded portrait though, should help the coronation coin remain special.

i m strongly tempted not to finance a private company that is selling w/o any respect to their customers.
They are purposely keeping all first strikes and sending directly to slab to get all 70s and selling to random people all coins that will get a 69 instead. this is close to a fraud

Is it possible he is just in the phone queue to the RM QC department ?   a few ahead of him still believe WW2 is still raging

Bit late to the day but very happy with this keepsake, didn’t think I’d be buying proof silver from the mint again but pregraded offers comfort against the QC aggro and true to form another absolutely Kak photo 👍

The 2024 sovereign needs to go back to pre 2017 mintage figures,   17,500 full sovereigns is just way too high we need this under 10,000  ideally the 5 coin sets sub 600  495 would be better.   
I'm glad to be seeing 1 proof sovereign launch per year instead of 2 per year for the last 2 years. 
 
 

Hopefully we go back to normal portrait and G&D so I can give it a skip and rehabilitate the old bank balance after all the special releases in recent years!

Trawling through my archives, I found some photos of my former gold holdings.
I do miss these. English gold Nobles, including halves and quarters.
