This one has nice definition on the effigy.  I don't think it's just the lighting; the coins were
lit the same, but the relief on this one is much better than the 2004.

I don't normally post here but just picked up an 1887 short proof set (in the rough), a quintuple 1887, a double 1887 and a single 1887. along with 1872m, 1881s, 1884m, 1885s, 1886s, and a 1673 Charles II guinea

Hello dear silver friends, there has been a lot of gossip about this coin, for example the one sitting on the loo with a broken wrist. But I like the Hades from the series Gods of Olympus. And in the 5oz version it is the absolute eye-catcher. The edition is only 450 copies. Have a nice day and greetings from Maxe.


 

Finally picked up my 2 half sovereigns - 2023 and 2022 memorial.
Would have gone for the full sovs but just not keen on the new style sov colour and need to watch the funds

As part of the Discover Australia series  Perthmint issue kooks in 1/25 oz, 1/10 oz and 1/2 oz in 2006,  2011, 2012 and 2013

in 2014 PM release a 1/2 Gram Mini Kookaburra

Thanks for flagging that, asked on the new coins coming soon thread and the very reliable @daca was again on the ball, but none were U.K based. BBP used to get something of a bad press from a certain Mr L.C on here, but they are stealing a March on 1/10’s available, as once again Chards are missing the trick on these.
