You can get a packet of capsules for a few quid off various sellers on Ebay, or there's an outfit called Dauwalders that you can also order them from online.  The brand is called Leuchtturm (Lighthouse), and you can get a box of 10 for a few quid.  Look through the site and find the ones the right size for Brits.- (33mm from memory)

The first release in The Royal Mint's Treasury of Tales Series and the first of two Alice in Wonderland Coins. The coins feature the image of Alice and The Cheshire Cat, which appeared in the first publication of the novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. These coins were issued in collaboration with the Victoria and Albert Museum, whose Alice in Wonderland exhibition ran until the end of 2021.

It's just an initial shock, you soon get over it.

Things will change, more people drink at home now than frequent pubs, people care more about MPG than MPH.
In less developed countries, gold is still as prized as ever but folk just buy what they can afford. 
 
Personally, I hit my target in 2020 and now I'm just buying things I like and items to complete collections, but still balancing my total by moving on odds and sods.
I was buying @ £700-750 an ounce so the temptation to draw profit is too strong and I've sold some things I may regret but hey ho.
I've always been a fan of stacking fractional gold and that will certainly continue.

Well after reading all the market analysis over the weekend, following the trends, and some technical analysis of today, I believe gold may go up or down in the near term, followed by some stability before it goes up or down again.
