closed Royal Mint Gold Bullion Minted Bars - Selling Individually - FREE P&P

Good evening / good morning all, I don’t expect many will read this at this time of the day. However, for those night owls like myself I would like to offer the following for sale:

Item: I have for sale three individual Royal Mint Gold Bullion Minted Bars which are as follows: 1 x Little Treasures 5g Gold Bar, 1 x Christmas 5g Gold Bar and 1 x Britannia 10g Gold Bar.

Box/COA: These are sold as seen in the photograph, without any box or COA.

Condition notes: These are brand new and direct from The Royal Mint. I have not opened any of the zip lock bags and therefore none of the gold bars have been handled since leaving The Royal Mint and all seals and protective coverings remain intact.

Price: I am selling these gold bars individually and they are priced as follows: 1 x Little Treasures 5g Gold Bar = £265.00, 1 x Christmas 5g Gold Bar = £265.00 and 1 x Britannia 10g Gold Bar = £550.00.

All prices include postage and packaging and the gold bars will be sent by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery. I believe I have priced all of these bars very competitively, but please correct me if I’m wrong.

As a special incentive, if someone purchases all three of these gold bars at the same time then I will also include the Platinum Jubilee 50p Coin free of charge.

Item Location: I am based in Devon and will post your order(s) from Devon.

Shipping destinations: I will only post to the United Kingdom.

Payment Terms: Payment by bank transfer in GBP only please. I appreciate I don’t have any trading feedback and therefore I am happy to post to buyers who have substantial trading feedback, on a payment on delivery basis. Payment must be made by bank transfer on the same day as receipt of delivery. If any buyer is happy to pay upfront, please rest assured that you have nothing to worry about. I have been trading gold and silver bullion privately for twenty years and I pride myself on providing the best possible service. The bank account you will be transferring to is in my name only and my home address is on file for my The Silver Forum premium membership.

Dispatch Time: I aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day at the latest, sometimes the same day if I find myself near a post office. I will keep all buyers fully informed and a tracking number will be provided.

Good morning @NGMD, this may have been an option, but due to my low mark ups (or mark down in case of the Britannia bar), after intermediary fees and postage I don’t think it would be worth it for me and I’d probably be better off selling these to one of the big bullion companies.
 

This is why I would prefer to sell to someone with a proven track record. Failing that, if someone like @Zeton is prepared to pay upfront then all I can do is offer assurances that I will keep my end of the deal.

For me, you have the basics covered like James said, you have commited to a membership too, if I was to buy off you with little or no feedback, I would take a chance for just £265.00, its sometimes the only way if you are a new member looking to buy too...

I offered to take everything, but I would pay half now and the other half when I receive the package, this way he will also save on shipping.

And @CoinBug offered me option, to pay for one 5g bar and when I receive the package, we will complete the transaction for the remaining items and I will also receive a 50p coin, I agreed to it.

As @Zeton and @Nicolaw have stated, the best offers on the table are from @Zeton who has offered to take everything and will pay 50% upfront and @Nicolaw who has offered to take the two 5g gold bars and will also pay 50% upfront. 
 

I very much appreciate both offers and have said I would like to allow a little more time for other members to make an offer, especially as my sales listing has only been live for 12 hours.

Just to clarify, when I mentioned “other members to make an offer” I meant either a larger upfront payment or an offer from a member with a gazillion feedback. The price is fixed, I’m not greedy 😁

@CoinBug I think @Zeton is your buyer. Maybe both send each other a copy of driving licence by private message for further reassurance? But as things stand you are both taking an equal amount of risk, he has to hope you won't run off with half the money...you have to hope he doesn't run off with half the goods. So as far as I can see it's as fair and safe as can be currently. I think the photographic id will help cement the trust further. Just get em sold/bought

AGREED..... both members have low feedback and we can all see how the transaction unfolds so it goes a long way for both to build rep at the same time
