Are these 100g PAMP Suisse Silver Bars FAKE?

Hello dear stackers.

I would like to ask for your advice. I found a bunch of silver PAMP Suisse bars for sale from a private stacker, each one having 100g.  He is selling each for 80€, which I find a very appealing price.

However, I am a bit worried these could be fake, mostly because of how the packaging looks... I am sharing the screenshots in this chat.

Could you guys give me your direct and honest opinion?

I'm not sure the 100g bars came in packaging like this. That looks like crappy thin stuff, they should either come in the card or in hard plastic?

This is one I sold a few months ago, doesn't look the same as yours. Mouth, hands and most of the other details are different

Bit dubious anyway if not on a card as this is also a way of checking

the counterfeit one is shorter in length and wider

Also on the card, on the genuine one the swooping line is above the first P, whilst on the fake it is touching the top

Thank you very much @Petra,  I have not performed any tests, it's basically an online purchase.  Thats why I am a little insure about it.

Thank you @iacabu, also for providing a picture from a real bar for comparison, it has been really helpful!

I will investigate further with the seller, but maybe he really is unaware that he's trying to sell fake bars...

Absolutely and if it helps prevent another forum member being knowingly or unknowingly sold fakes it's even better
