Not a restrike the real deal 

£330 plus post I'm now losing serious money paid £395 for this last week due to its condition.

Looks great, haven’t a clue but what’s the difference between an original and a re strike? Probably obvious 🤔🚗

They produce modern coins dated with historic dates a bit like the Viente mexican pesos you will see alot dated 1959 but they could have been produced later 

The original circulating coins demand more money for obvious reason 

In relation to this coin all restrikes are dated 1892 and were produced up until the 1980s 

The 1883 date is an  original circulating coin  i.e this coin is 140 years old so should be more desirable to have an actual coin from this date that circulated rather than a copy of an old coin 

Personally I hate restrikes for this reason when you buy a coin you want history not a fake date
