Hello All,

I have a handful of pieces I would like to sell, I have seen in the past people selling on behalf of others. What would the percentage or asking fee be to do this?

Im looking to get the max out i can of everything, and understand there will be a deduction from seller on agreed fee.

I am looking for a 4 week turnaround on items.

@MintageSeller I have had a quick look through some of your recent listings and it appears you are trying to sell a fair amount of premium silver and asking premium prices. Not totally unrealistic but this forum is full of people that want the best bullion deals and cheapest silver.

If you dropped your prices you might feel bad about not getting what you perceive as best value from you items, but unfortunately in a world where forum members can buy Britannias for £21/oz to £23/oz inc. delivery and kilo bars at £21/oz its going to be a hard sell on any premium silver.

I charge £1 per oz for my bullion selling service, but I would only be able to sell for about £23/oz to £25/oz before my fee of £1 oz is taken off.

Hope that helps!

Checking sales of coins on eBay you often find those that start at a low initial price say £1 tend to attract many more bids and very often sell at higher prices than identical coins starting say at £20.
The risk of course is that on the day you might on rare occasions be unlucky but if you want £35 for a coin you are more likely to get this listing at £1 than £20 assuming the average price ( check sold history ) for that specific coin is £35.  Fees will take away around 13% but if you get a seller offer that could be reduced to £1 or 2.5% approx.

Selling through @BackyardBullion seems a good option for you as he has an excellent reputation and considering the time involved in processing an order his fee is low.

Most forum members tend to be pretty clued up on prices and are always seeking good deals.
It is frustrating when you cannot get the price you believe something is worth or compared to what you once paid for it.
Often some sellers on eBay ( coin shop style ) often get much higher prices than average Jo probably due to trust and a degree of comfort buying from them.
I believe many people would pay a bit more buying from @BackyardBullion knowing he is trustworthy rather than risking buying from a total unknown seller.
Hope this helps.

Thank You. all for your feedback, I greatly appreciate. I will take it away and separate items to sell on tsf vs other platforms based on what people are buying realistically.

Hello, I would be interested for sure and to be fair and honest if I am able to get closer to premium prices with your services. I would be more than happy to increase on the fees/ what is being taken off after.

I have majority half ounce lunars, us 90% silver, premium super hero coins, pacman, etc.  I could send photos or just post it to yourself?
