Would you buy a proof "commemorative" sovereign issued to the same specifications of a sovereign, if you could get it for the same price, or £5-£10 more than a RM sovereign? If yes/no, why?

Would the coin have a subject matter and design that the buyers really likes then i don't see a problem. All but the most ardent stacker will have favorites that they are willing to spend their hard earned on.
