Where do all the Costco forms they make me fill in when I buy their Sovereigns go?

"As part of Costco's new 'greener is grander' initiative, any and all paperwork with regard to bullion sales is to be immediately repurposed for usage as wrappings during the daily distribution of free snack samples to paying Costco members."

Taken directly from their website.  Hope this helps!

With the way they leave the paperwork on show for any passing customer to read during pm purchasing I wouldn't be at all surprised. Some random member bought a £25000 bar a few days before my paltry sov purchase and the staff were all too happy to tell me all about the sale, their feelings on why he bought it (ie hiding money) and how they thought he funded the purchase - all based on unfounded assumption with a generous dollop of bitterness thrown in. Made me proud to buy gold from Costco's ambassadors. Not.

I too think the Baird bars are attractively priced at Costco. I'm tempted to get a small one to add a bit of variety to my stack. Appealing. I've had gold fever for three months and all I can say is, I'm glad my fever hasn't broken :D

I always look at prices in our local one but find bullionbypost are almost always the cheapest price.

Buying gold and silver second hand from this forum has been an absolute game changer though. No more VAT on silver or high premiums and you can do it securely with payment protection. I have no idea why anyone buys retail now as it’s such a waste of money and they give you a terrible price when selling back to them too. Many members have their own online store so you can protect yourself like buying anywhere else and you receive it in the post the next day. Much better to get more plum for your money than paying Costco imo.
