Picked up the 1/4 oz gold proof, 1oz and 2oz silver proof, and the 1oz silver proof 3 coin set myself, what did anyone else get if anything?  They seemed well popular :)

Sold fast. Question is, actual collectors or hundreds of flippers chasing the Una unicorn...

Flippers. When they create all this hype and roll out the queing system the flippers come out in force. Get em, sell em quick and watch em tank in price. This one's a hard pass from me

My mistake, sadly the 2oz part is correct, the special isn’t!

Just realised that the 2oz has micro engravings. Completely missed that on monday, although the mint didn't help by releasing so many designs, sizes and three coin offers!

Yeah...so to carry on from my poor PM procurement strategy following the recent pickup of the 1937 Edward VIII Gold Sovereign Proof replica, I did go for the three 1/4 oz Gold Proof series and the 5 oz Silver Proof special issue design. I have personal reasons why these resonate with me and are not going to be flipped (well for one I tend not to sell any of my gold). I so hoped The Royal Mint would have released the Special Issue Design in 1 oz and 1/4 oz Gold Proof!!

Oh, well...it’s only Money Penny!!
