At least you got a card. I am currently dealing with a very annoyingly FedEx situation. I will share more in time, but it is a nightmare and complete dropping of the ball by Fedex

I've found fedex easy to work with.it sucks that you're getting another experience.

UPS held hostage my charity delivery of 2 pallet from beginning of March,  as they put the wrong code into customs and paid £22k VAT.  Demanding we reimbuse them for their mistake.   After 3 weeks we finally took delivery and I won't bore you, however most of the boxes are split, thousands of beads mixed up into the wrong boxes.  Loads are broken, and it went from beautifully strapped and pallated when they took delivery from the USA to a pile of poop dropped at our storage centre without notifying us they were coming.  Oh and they charged me £250 processing fee.   

I'm calming down before I write the nasty complaint, as I don't like swearing in letters.

Mine arrived yesterday as well.  Thanks to the BYB household.  Interesting to see the capsule for the Yale is a new version.  Much chunkier than the old versions.

Having just watched the unboxing and follow-up video of the March Group Order, all I can say is if these were the last Group Order videos then they combined to make what was one hell of a way to bow out!  

I received my coins on Saturday (I'm loving the Yale!), and as always, huge thanks must go to the BYB household for all the hard work and effort put in on behalf of so many SF members.
