  1. Probably because another mint has started producing / taking orders on their version of it (they must have got the inside news a while back) but because it would be a medal (to copy both sides) it can’t be coin unless they do it as a two coin set with Lizzy on both OR change the design to have QEII on it and make her side look like the original 🤔 as @dicker eluded to above. This could be the big mystery as to what RM decide to do. I’m betting on two coins so they can milk it further and the owner can display both sides. They could do this with the Waterloo medal and others in the future too 💵 💰
  2. Maybe it was already there and I’ve just noticed it today? 🤷‍♂️ I am kind of surprised they don’t grade both sides of a coin individually though, like they do for sports and Pokémon cards etc. 🤔 If they changed the method, I guess everyone would have to resubmit etc. That would cause lots of trust issues I guess. 😬
  3. When did they start adding a * to a 69 and 70 grade 😱
  4. I’m gonna guess, 2 x 2oz silver “Who” coins. Mine arrived the day before on the 18th. My 5oz coins are also in for conservation. Must be all the silver “dust” etc 🤔
  5. I noticed the same, it is on two of four of my recent submissions, so I guess these two are going into conservation and NGC must believe they will benefit from it prior to grading. The other two are either beyond help or perfect already (fingers crossed) 🤞 My other earlier submission (posted on 25th May) was not charged for Conservation but I paid for it upfront when I submitted it, so I’ve got a credit on my new invoice for the difference (about £40). So I believe this is just a new status heading to inform the submitter that it’s going for conservation first and therefore might take more time to be returned. My 2oz gold “Who” coin hasn’t changed to NCS/Conservation so hopefully that gets a straight PF70 like my 1oz gold “Who” coin just got today 😁 That’s showing as at “Submission Center” today, so I think it’s in London. I might need to contact them for the postage invoice 🤔
  6. Hargreaves Lansdown is a U.K. broker and fund dealer you can also use to buy some US stocks. There are others though and having just left Uni and having access to Google, do some research on the best U.K. stockbrokers.
  7. Yes sovs sell very easy and do not cost too much for buyers. The proof 2017, 2012, 2005 and 1989s have a special design and getting one of each could be a good play. Read and learn a lot on this forum. Good luck 🤞
  8. Hi, £1,500 isn’t a huge amount mate and it’s probably wise to keep that as a cash emergency fund. Even I’ve had to cash in the odd gold coin for an emergency cash flow need. Why not just start investing in one full sovereign each month? Start saving in gold rather than cash but keep your £1,500 just in case next months salary doesn’t come in when expected etc.
  9. I check every day pretty much. I registered for the email, didn’t get one, glad I check daily.
  10. Got one of each 😊 Nobody expected so many releases in one week, I got lucky and checked earlier 😃
  11. Mintages are much smaller though 🤷‍♂️ Got one of each 😊
  12. I bought the 2016 Good Proof 50p on release. I’d didn’t do wonders even with its low mintage 😞
  13. Could you not post it back in 100 x small parcels? Maybe to a family member. Not sure what the postal service is like over there though 🤷‍♂️

  19. They are a broker and a lender in their own right FCA Authorised (just found out). I am tempted but I’m 8 years into a 10 year at 2.89% but now with over 50% equity I could fix for 25 years at 3.49% but that would cost me about £800 a year more. However as soon as rates start to rises I’ll probably switch to them. Thanks for the info @StuIm a mortgage broker but Habito One is only Avila me to it’s own brokers/advisers with this own company 👍🏻
  20. Interesting 🧐 I wonder which lender is behind this
  21. I’m still in the mind that another virus / strain could take debt 💸 higher in the coming year/s and Govt borrowing will go up more but like interest rates that’s a hard one to predict. Some country’s like India and most of Africa are well behind in this vaccine program And even the EU are struggling. I feel more bad news is on the way, followed by more lockdowns around the world and more debt. All helps towards the great reset and a financial reset too. 🤷‍♂️ Sorry I’m very skeptical of it all. Keep stacking PMs, Crpto and Pokémon cards 😉
