PF 70 may not be that rare, currently around 1500, but there is & will be a big demand for the PF 70s as it is an iconic 1st & the gold Krugerrand is the best known 1oz gold bullion coin out there.

Making the pre 2013 britannia 958 silver and plainfields look better day by day

The reason for this is it was a commissioned mintage from a RM client (mailed the RM but they wouldn't tell me who) overseas where many/some have already been put into pendants and are being sold online for up to £1,300  and the coin is a proof. I would love to know what kind of people are buying it like that and invite them over to tea ! The boxed coa coins are still pricey (forget spot prices if you buy this) but less expensive than the pendanted (is that a word?) versions being marketed.
One small mistake in my original post is that the proof coin is 9999 not 999 and the coin is an unbelievable perfect fit in its capsule. Not a hint of a noise....at least, not the one I received.

Today I received a 10 oz lunar 2 monkey to finish of the type set, been on the look out for a while now and it finally showed up on chards at a very reasonable price compared to other German dealers. 
I also recieved the box for them to go in, I am really happy with the box, it makes the set look that extra bit special! 
I might have to start with the rest of the sets now lol but there is too many series's out there and I can't collect them all

And here it is..a 2016 999 1/4oz gold proof, mintage 500 and 100 % less than that as some have already been put in necklaces........Good luck finding this on the RM website.

Boxed+coa

The showcase of my sovereign collection arrived last week - Late to game but still in it.

An ebay purchase from over the weekend showed up today. 100.00 dollar's off with ebay bucks.

Got these today like new mint condition I'm hooked on sovereigns now lol I'm now up to 10 

From Arshi, the 2nd in the Kookaburra Evolution Companion Series and is the 2002 Evolution of Time.  5 coin series starting 2001 with Calendar, Time, Knowledge, Numbers and Alphabet.  Originally proof antiqued coins with box & COA with mintage of 15k ish but this is just coin only.  Shame there's a crack in the capsule.  Will replace it one day.  No idea why there's mention of Kookaburra.
I forget how good a 10oz coin feels in hand.
