Many thanks, I'd missed that it was the iconic design for long-term Kook collectors (I've only been collecting the last few years, and mainly the more recent ones as the older ones are so expensive) so great point, cheers!
I really like it so am certainly going to try to grab one at least. I don't have much of an idea on the history of the Kook golds, unfortunately - having a browse today I am not much more the wiser. There seem to be a few from down the years, and obviously the 2015 anniversary is a (the?) biggie, but beyond that I'm pretty lost. Any more input much appreciated!

Three out of three from NGC (via Numi)...Huge relief! Nicely aligned in their slabs unlike another recent acquisition...

This beautiful coin arrived from America not long ago, It will have to go to NGC as I can’t live with the annoying alignment!

It was encapsulated several years ago apparently, so I am guessing this doesn’t / shouldn’t happen now!
If it cross grades the same,  it will be the second highest in the NGC registry, so well worth the effort and cost.

Small poker win this weekend again. Luck must have carried through as I got these proof quarter sovs in original capsules at 2% over spot. Picked up a 1gm in assay too for the collection

Just received this 1900 Perth Mint half sovereign, an Australian eBay action buy. 1900 was the first year the Perth Mint issued half sovereigns. A rare coin but it definitely has a lot of wear from use as money.

Thanks to @Numistacker as ever for the NGC service: a very nice haul, with sheer joy of getting MS70 on the QB Yale and Falcon (been struggling to find good enough raw coins to submit). Love the gold Reverse PF Libertads , with those you have a better than 50% chance to get a 70 ....but always nice to get them ! 
Keeping up the Rwanda Nauticals as well, another great design the Victoria. 
Finally - I graded one of my favourite gold proof sets - the inaugural Aussie nuggets from 1986. Mixed grades but lovely to see them all safely slabbed together.

Just got the 10 oz silver Scrofa and her rare sister with her ghost 

Not all received today, but are being ‘shown today’ for the first time.
A few months ago, I fell for these ‘Sovereigns of South America’ (same size, weight etc as the British Sovereign), and started to hoover up as many as I could!
The more observant might have noticed a couple of them appearing on Numi videos recently (1917 and 1966). Lots more heading to NGC soon I hope😃!
Some of these ‘South American Sovereigns’ can have ridiculously low mintages (see numista) https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces46644.html
but sell for reasonable prices 🤑...just got to love them 😀.
