Although LBMA members will all produce bars which conform to their specifications, it is unlikely you will be buying "Good Delivery" bars, so it is barely relevant.
There are many refiners who might not be LBMA members, or on the Good Delivery List, who also produce high quality bars.
Some people collect rare or unusual bars, so these might command a premium over well-known but common bars such as PAMP.
Otherwise, just as long as the bars are genuine, the brand will make little or no difference.

Yh some brands command a higher premium such as PAMP but when your buying silver in 999 format then I would say go for price.
You can buy the cheapest 10oz bar or the most expensive 10oz bar when it comes to sell the buyer is always going to pay attention to the price so with that in mind make your decisions. 
 
I personally have gone for a mixture,  of the cheapest but I have also gone for the premium stuff too such as Scottsdale silver items. 
 
I would not put too much thought into the lbma factor.

I don’t think this forum would be much of a forum if people didn’t post about what they already have, what they have just received or what they hope to get. I would argue all coins have a significant value to the owner. I completely understand those who choose not to share and just observe those who are willing to. 
 
The whole point is it’s anonymous so you can share to help others without being accused of boasting. There are many members who are on this forum whith small or huge collections who have helped shape my collecting journey by sharing what they have, when i share i hope to do the same. I’m just not sure what this forum would be if people didn’t share.

This is my preferred method as these lighthouse capsules are what fit in Aluns boxes which is what i used to motivate myself. 10 sovereigns loose are underwhelming, i found the capsule and boxes bulked it up a bit. For me it’s worth it. Posted these pics on another thread about sovereign storage it may be worth you doing a search and finding it. The capsules are now in air tite tubes and safe deposit storage but having them in capsules in the boxes looked the best.

I'm new to the forum, but a born again stacker.
I had a spell (2007-2012) of buying sovs & various 1oz silver coins but stopped when my teenagers started draining my wallet.
I'm now in a position to start ramping up my buying, but will be on the forum more as a spectator than a contributor.
Every day's a school day on here.

If you care about premiums, it is better to invest in gold:

Premiums are about 2 to 5+%, instead of 20% to 50+% for silver.

In Portugal you would pay 23% VAT if bought from a vendor/dealer.  But as far as I know, we don't have that many bullion dealers in our country, which is why I look to buy on second hand market mostly.

Although I did find some interesting dealers in Spain, and sometimes I look up their prices for comparison.

Do you pay 20% vat in Portugal if buying new?? Otherwise this question is best suited to our European friends.
What I can say is both your purchase prices are acceptable for current UK 2nd hand market/forum price's.
