Absolutely agree. However, there is a certain boundary until when I buy a coin. I do love so many coins but when the premium is totally off i am stepping back. In case I need to see a coin again (hopefully it will never happen) then mostly you get spot (or under).

The issue with the Isle of man gold might be, that you pay premium you might not get back. It is much more easier to buy and sell Brits, Maples, Krugers etc. but if it comes to the cats from the island it could be little more difficult. However, if you like it, go for it.

From the description (Halfmoon, Crown, Carrot) I believe it's a spoon from the German Bremer Silberwarenfabrik AG (BSF). The third mark should be a lying torch. 800 / 1000 silver, Halbmond, Krone, Fackel 800 / 1000 silver, I believe somewhere between 1900 and 1930. Hope this helps, LunarStack
