Rains reacted to stackerp5 in Lucius Septimius Severus Silver Denarius - Extremely High Grade
For sale a beautifully stunning silver denarius with the face of Septimius Severus (193-211 AD), RIC IV.1#211. (rf22)
This one is from my personal collection, extremely high grade, which I decided to sell because I've noticed I have the same coin twice in my collection. This specific Sept. Severus coin with the Victory deity and the strike and surface quality is especially uncommon. Many of these examples are mis-struck and do not contain as much detail. This one has a centred-strike with little fading and no loss of detail.
Have a look at more info here: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces269346.html
Any questions feel free to ask!
£200 posted SD (over £75 off its value)
I am also open to cash and trade offer for CGT gold/silver. Depending on the item I may be wiling to pay for insured postage for both parties.

Rains reacted to Paul in Pricing Guidance - 2009 Thunderbird Totem 1 oz Gold Bullion Coin
I've not seen one on my 10+ years stacking and trading. Bullion coin, a little % above the normal will be fair to let folk get something you don't see every day
I personally would pay over +5%for spot bullion

Rains reacted to silvergaga in From a mentor to a veteran.
I am very pleased to tell the TSF that it has been a pleasure to be promoted to a veteran now that I am almost 73 years old. It is the best promotion I have ever had since I became an OAP. Seemingly Rishi is giving me an extra increase in my pension this month because of you guys. Good eh! I can now afford to buy more PM's. Talk about Win-Win.

Would the average Joe know what they should be. I had no clue as I have never been interested. Bought one bar on this forum and sold it within a month. I prefer coins.
