I would look into purchasing your own safe, can you imagine the hassle if something happened when they were with your mate, his insurers would have a field day knocking that claim back..
They would ask him for proof of purchase etc, even bought off here you will have a paper trail for the buys but your mate wouldnt
My safe would hold that no problem and cost about £200 quid i think
Good point.

Had to add my recent purchases to my stack today so set it up all nice and took a pic for your delectation.
A lot of the silver you see (50%+) is from the forum and a small amount of the gold. Have also included a snap on how I store my stash, it all goes in Peli boxes with silica sachets I change every few weeks and is then kept in a safe (I am lucky enough to have a friend with a large safe so do not have to pay fee's for my storage). If anyone knows a better way please say, I had considered tubes for the coins in caps so if anyone uses that method let me know what tubes you recommend and what case you keep them in
Thanks

Also found this - https://www.wheelerantiques.co.uk/coins/the-coins-of-britannias-last-century-gold-amp-platinum-edition-amp-coa-cased
So would guess a sensible price would be around the £60-80 mark

Hello TSF.
I've just ordered 2x of the first in the series, 1oz silver proof Tudor Beasts coins from the royal mint. I'm wondering who else has managed to get their hands on one. My thoughts are to try and complete the 1oz silver proof set to keep and another one of each to either complete a second set or to trade against one I might miss. Is this a good way to do things or not?
I managed to get the 2 x 1oz set with one coin reverse frosted
UK22TL2SP Had other stuff in my basket but they would not check out so assume they had sold out just before. Got nothing for the Panther

I got a despatch for mine about an hour after I ordered yesterday, I am hoping these were coins reserved for replacements and not returns, that or re-strikes anyway.
