Why does this have a box with the US flag on it if its from Poland? I was just about to buy one for my wife (she is Polish).

Maybe was issued to celebrate a polish-american friendship event, but I am sure the cases are original, because the bar is fitting perfectly.

On Germania Mint website, these are described as having display case, but not showing pictures.
