I agree. I suspect they'll mint a whole load of them being that Winnie the Pooh has always been popular. But, it all remains to be seen!

I suspect that the silver proof will be 20,000 or 25,000. The gold might be a winner if it has a low montage.

It's only 3,000 higher than the 2016 Peter Rabbit, so if it's a poular design / subject, that mintage won't kill it entirely. The fact that the silver proof 50p's seem to be less popular than they were in recent years might though.

My mistake. I confused it with the colourised BU. No sign of a sell out on the gold yet.
