Hi all, firstly, this is not a personal attack on the seller so I have censored personal details, potential buyers should be made aware that just because any seller that has near 40k and 100% feedback, it doesn't guarantee authenticity
So this seller listed a double headed 1895 Morgan for £35 buy now, listing said it was probably modified using 2 Morgans, and said it was 22.75g of .900 silver, this is a very common weight for the cheapest of fakes, you can get better quality fakes now weighing 26.7g, it's clear they don't do even the basic of checks to there coins (testing for diamagnetism with a neodymium magnet) or even have the knowledge of what a genuine Morgan should weigh, openly listing this Morgan dollar as .900 silver and weighing 22.75g, 4g under weight
I messaged the seller and rather than remove it, they have now reduced the prices, edited the listing to say copy and still continue to sell it
I am not a coin dealer but I have bought and sold for years to suit my collection and I have never made this kind of mistake before but I guarantee the authenticity of something I sell would be questioned before theirs on the feedback alone
Morgan dollars are something quite special to me and I always try to call out the counterfeits I see on eBay, some do it intentionally, some do not, either way it is not acceptable

I have travelled both internationally and within the UK by air carrying a large amount of silver. It really isn't that bad. Going through airport security was fun and when I asked for a private room to open up my bags for them they looked a little sheepish. But when in the room they were really interested (in a non intrusive and threatening way) most people in this world haven't seen much precious metal (especially in bulk) up close. On my way back from Edinburgh the lady I spoke to told an amazing story about a middle Eastern man travelling to Dubai with a suitcase that had 10x 1kg bars of gold in it! No issues letting it through. The security at Gatwick even asked me if I wanted an escort to the gate - but that would draw too much attention me thinks!
@SilverPirate007 if you haven't seen this video yet I went to Estonia to pick up some silver!
For us, this was under £10,000 worth so no issues with declarations but I did make sure I had all my invoices printed and accessible in case someone stopped me at either airport.

ATS Bullion and Direct Bullion are both listing 1/4oz Eagles at a better price and in stock, at the moment. Unknown what their delivery / service is like though.

Baird & Co is the best price for 1/4 oz Eagles I've found from dealers so far tonight (they've become one of my favourites after picking one up from @Jamesd), still with a premium tacked on but not as bad as a lot of other dealers;

im going for 5 of the 1kg Bairds anyway.but really do need to find the volume 1ozs,may have to wait until the diggers and refiners catch up,fear by then silver will be to the moon.
