Anonymous Mint Bitcoin 1oz copper... I was curious about the design and had to see it up close. 1935 Crown... I just like the St George and the dragon theme at the moment...

They are scans. Not so good for showing off the coins in all their glory but you can see the level of wear exactly and any blemishes. It's very difficult to get a really good HR photo of gold coins that show the same detail without any reflections and glare.

Just grabbed an old 10oz poured silver bar off ebay, was up for £189, put a cheeky best offer in of £150 an won it -






 
Anyone recongnise the manufacturer?

Received these from the US today. The Pearl Harbour is a pretty uninspiring design compared to the Liberty but it's actaully much better in hand than it looked.
I've been meaning to get some Cleopatras for a while now, very nice round.

With the dip in gold I picked up a 1/10 oz today.

If I remember the Gold/silver ratio was around 90-1 in the 1990s nobody wanted silver I didn't even look at it, it wasn't even a consideration gold was cheap enough.

I like them figures.......£1664 gold £50.42 silver. That'll give me £13k pure profit, just in time for me to pay for a planned trip down under to visit rellies in Oz. (Perth to be exact, and yes I expect I'll take a wander down to the mint at some stage during the trip. )

Just came back from @Abbotssilvercoins with a five ounce lunar horse, two ounce lunar monkey, two ounce Niue turtle & two one ounce cougars that David got yesterday.
Asked if he had a spare monster box for storage and a couple of tubes as well, top bloke threw them in for free
Now seeing the cougars close up, i'm most impressed with them. Funny how I thought they were colourised coins when I first saw them on a website, it's just a trick of the light.
