Added 0 minutes later.. They vary wildly in price depending on the condition, size, colours, any restoration and country of origin/where sold, I have a very good friend in the fossil and mineral trade so I get stuff at trade price.
    By an large a small Meg tooth 2" - 3" in superb condition, £50 - £80
    medium Meg tooth,  3.5" -  4.5"  in superb condition, £90 - £160
    5" - 5.5"  in superb condition £170 - £500+
    above 5.5" to maximum rare monster 6" - 7.5" £2500+
A superb colour and shape 2.5" meg, showing serrations, no restoration and minimal chips will be worth the same as a monster 5" tooth that has been broken in half.
Each tooth is unique, they are not actual teeth anymore, basically what happens is the tooth drops to the bottom of the sea bed, gets covers in sediment, after 100's of years the sediment around it goes hard, a few 1000 years later the tooth has all but decayed leaving a perfect cast and void, this void slowly fills over millions of years with minerals, what minerals determin the colours and perfect cast in stone is made, some are very delicate depending of the rock they were formed from.
If you ever want a tooth and need help give me a shout, I can usually get them far cheaper than what they go for online and on places like ebay.

Today I recieved, nothing for me, I ordered these for my daughter and a friend who are collecting the marvel series, I must say the detail on the Deadpool character is better in the flesh than on pictures I saw beforehand on the web.

Totally unrelated but I did pick up another large Carcharocles Megalodon tooth, a nice 5.5" one.

the life of a gold stacker 😂 when it goes down you panic, when it goes up you get annoyed because you have to pay more to buy the coin you've been planning to buy.

just be happy what you own is rising in value. have a review of your stack and perhaps take the opportunity to sell some things that don't fit in with your strategy or just take some profit. hold the money back to buy on the next dip.

The Poormans Sovereign, as I like to call it! Just came in today. Big question is, leave it in the package or take it out and encapsulate it?

    Today I received

1950 Gold Saudi Arabia Guinea, pretty chuffed with it.

Interestingly it has a small scratch mark just above the base of the palm tree on the obverse side (the one without the swords). The guy I got it from had another one in really bad shape but interestingly it also had a minute scratch mark in exactly the same spot. After googling loads of images of the coin it looks like it may have been the standard place traders used to scratch this coin with a pin head to see if they were real gold.

    2018 Equilibrium (Prooflike)  1oz  - stunning detailing.

2018 China 1 oz Silver Dragon Dollar Restrike (PU)……..Yes another one!

2018 Barbados 1 oz Silver Caribbean Seahorse (BU)

1887-M Shield - Gorgeous specimen of this great rarity.
To be honest I'm not sure why this is only MS61, the prooflike nature makes this coin an absolute stunner, cannot seem to capture it in the phone images (sorry for the quality, they are focusing on the slab, but wanted to share). I'll get some better pics in the future!
