For me doesn't matter at all. My flatware will tarnish anyway, it is a natural process. My bars are doing the same, gaining character. Coins I buy only damaged or milked. If there are scratched or milked coins rejected by others, it is a bonus for me. I can buy cheap silver.😊

I doubt it, the Chinese obviously want Gold and Silver as they are willing to pay a premium to slowly bleed the West dry.
We are going to find out pretty soon if the West has been manipulating PM's.

The Chinese people are much more aware of what is going on in the financial world than we are in the west.
The manipulators are going to battle, the silver liberation army in the west did a good job for a while in 2011 trying to break Jamie Dimon's bank in USA, but we were not big enough.
Asians from India and China will not follow London or New York. We will be forced to follow them.
After hours dealing on the gold market last night shows how much they are in the poo. Ha ha, at last we will see a proper price for our silver. 1oz gold bullion buying 90 ozs silver bullion is not logical. Ask the Earth's crust.

Silver's gonna have it's day. It's ridiculous performance is thanks to the likes of Comex manipulation. What's gonna happen when they do run out of physical? Do we think the Comex will get away with paper priced manipulation then? It won't.
Gold is insurance and I do prefer gold to silver for the security/less volatility (I personally believe 5-10% of net worth should be in gold). But silver is also an investment. There is not enough available and only a tiny amount being mined due to the poxy cost it's currently at (good news for us - still time to buy!)
I ignore the silver bashers. They'll he wrong evetually. And most of them know it deep down. Ironically members of "The Silver Forum" come here and slag silver off. I think I'll join the Harry Potter fan club. Don't like him though. But I do like Snape, so I'll just tag along there and slag Harry off to his fans 😆🤦🏼‍♀️
Most people can't afford gold and shouldn't be belittled for buying silver, they should be applauded for understanding real money - only 0.5% of people do. It's better than spending disposable income on booze, junk food, gambling.
Yes, when silver has "it's day" it can take decades and may only last a few years. But when it arrives - it ARRIVES! And with tech coming, we need it more than ever. Copper is the highway, silver is the glue.
This is a great video on gold. It gives silver about ten seconds at the end 😆 (still very positive though!)

Here I have for sale a Pair of Lovely 22 carat gold leaf pattern coloured ladies bangles. The weight of the pair is 33 grams and the asking price is £1850. The bangles are stamped as 916 and test for 22 carat gold. Unfortunately, I am not too sure of the size but I can certainly provide the diameter of the bangles if that helps. If someone is able to let me know how I can measure the size I'd be grateful.

The bar weighs 273oz and is 0.24% Gold so just over 20g of Gold.
The Bar was assayed by the Goldsmiths' Hall London.
Bairds said they would only refine my bar if it was 20% Gold.

I have only ever had scrap melted into a bar.
With postage it costs around £170 to melt and assay.
Because of the costs I wait until I've got at least 5.5kg.
You could save a bit on postage if you live close to one of the assay offices.

Does anybody know of any refiners in the UK that deal with members of the public.
Some recent scrap I had melted and assayed had a decent amount of Gold in it, so possibly some of my others will have some in.
    Any ideas?
