it just shouldnt be like this. And we, as customers, should organize in a committee or something similar and be able to reach RM high level officers. It is not acceptable to pay such high premiums on proof coins (or Sotd or BU), to invest so much money on that and to get back suck poor products.

Has the quality control always been this poor in regards to proof coins from directly from main mints, i.e., Royal mint? Or is it because they have been changing design so much of late?
I have recently received 2 of the new KCII proof quarter sovereigns, both of which have now had to be sent back for replacement because of damage to the coins.
Both were scratched and marked and, in general, not what you would expect for a premium product. 
I had a similar experience when ordering the IOM coronation coin from another mint. That went back for a refund.
These have been my first experiences with buying proof coins, and I'm not too impressed. 
If you're after the best quality, It seems better to wait a while and buy a graded proof, once, other other people have filtered out the best of the bunch.

I have the 2oz twin maple but didnt know they did a multi maple. 
The 2oz is but thicker, so would assume these are too.

If those marks are on the coin then it's a bullion coin, I'd return it.

I would send it back for a replacement.

I read a true story once, can't remember where. A CEO of a large company offered a tramp a well paid job, an apartment and expense account. The tramp took the offer. That's why I think throwing money at people is a bad idea, because many people will just enhance their existing needs, more drugs, more booze, more rub & tugs. It won't change peoples personalities and they may end up OD'ing and ruining their livers far earlier than Jobseekers benefits will allow. There is a great unwashed and they're perfectly happy being dirty buggers. 
I'll also add it's why fat people stay fat, poor people stay poor, and why people with addictions find it difficult to change their habits. Most people quite like what they do, and despite daydreams of being slim or having a bit of money in the bank, they'd rather gobble down a McMuffin for breakfast and get kaylied before lunch. There's always tomorrow to change, except there never is.
