Slowly realising that this community is so fantastic but that this also means we may hit threshold early and I would like to raise as much as possible……not sure what to do, so will throw in a 1/10 bullion krug.
I felt pleased with myself recently as I found it in a ebay pawn shop and it only cost me £179.00 delivered. 
On reflection, it is a quite beautiful little dirty coin and whilst it perfectly falls into place in my stack, it also proves to be a perfect ‘extra’ to draw this out a bit longer.

Monsmoy (Nick) was known to us. He was one of us. A collector. A stacker. Someone who saw the beauty in details. Someone who was careful, yet also able to easily trust and throw himself into something if he believed in it. He died too young. He wasn’t even 50.
I am proud to say that I knew Nick. I knew him because of a shared love of investing in bullion and collecting coins. 
He was a retired army major. He was most recently a fire fighter. He was just a perfect gentleman.
The coin offered for auction is detailed below. It is not perfect and has handling marks and some details that would mean it would not grade well. It is however the last coin that Nick and I agreed to deal on. Whilst we never completed the deal, it will always be his coin and so I feel compelled to sell it in his name and give the entire amount raised to two charities: Hounds for Heroes and The Firefighter’s Charity. I intend to split the total amount raised equally between the two charities.

Arabic, English and Hebrew 2Mils coin from 1927 ,worth nowt . But it was my owd fellas birth year and he did his bit for King and country out there .

I look forward to gaining knowledge from this group. I am a senior citizen starting to collect or maybe stack silver. I am a super newbee and have always tried to be frugal and save for the future. Now more than ever I believe metals are the only way to go. So better late than never is my motto. For auction here is a gold Sweden 5 Kronor 1886-EB with a loop for a necklace.
The coin has been counterstamped with 'BULKEN 1892', whatever that means...
An unusual piece which, at least in my opinion, has been a treasured souvenir item belonging to an individual with emotional or family ties to Sweden, and quite possibly a placed called Bulken.
Alas, one can only speculate!
Coin comprised of 2.24 grams of .900 gold. Melt value of around £105.
Would make a fantastic pendant or charm for a gold necklace!

Seven out of the eight circulated in the Kingdom of Mysore and were produced between 1799 and 1868. 
The other fanam here is unidentified so I am unable to provide a Numista reference for this.
Each of these weighs approximately 0.4 g and is comprised of mid to low purity gold.
