On another day you may have got someone willing to get close to your asking price but the Royal Mail had the voodoo doll on you. They are great lumps of beautiful coins but the sharks have bought them for a lot lower price New.
In a couple of months, try again👍because RM are out of stock,unless you want to match their price.

Just an update on the Perth Mint. There are items on the website which says ‘restricted’ and you cannot buy, this is because Bullion products cannot be exported outside of Australia because of distributor agreements. I rang them up to ask the question because I wanted to buy the new Dragon 1oz Gold Bar in Assay.

It is also worth mentioning that on bigger purchases they require you to send (through a secure link) Driving License with name, address, signature and proof on your Banking Ap of the transaction to the Perth Mint. Obviously I thought that was dodgy, and rung them up to confirm.

I’d just return it for a replacement.

If you complain in any shape or form, they’re not listening. They have some very nice designs but Quality control is atrocious n top of the Milking issues.

I’m at a 50% yield with RM Proofs. A sad reality with them, if this was a private company, they’d be some serious shake ups.
