PCGS, NGC, and now we will have CAC as a 3rd reputable grading company 😀. I hope they have lower grading prices than PCGS and NGC to start acquiring customers. Customs only look at what the shop has declared as value of those coins then do their own currency conversion (close to the exchange rate). Some shops/dealers declare the actual value of the coins, some declare the face value, and some declare the value as gift. It really depends on the shop/dealer......

I think it's too expensive...... Also there no edge inscription. Although I love Italy, but I will pass on this coin.

I personally do not recommend cleaning the bars (or any coin). We know those are copper spots because the purity is not 100%. If you do not like them anymore then you can sell them and buy different gold coins/bars.

The U.S. Mint has released it's product schedule for 2023: https://catalog.usmint.gov/product-schedule/2023/ In my opinion the only "hot" coin in 2023 (so far if they did not update the schedule) would be the Morgan & Peace Dollar 2023 Two-Coin Reverse Proof Set.

Credit Card vs Debit Card. Visa/MasterCard Credit Card fees: Between 1% to 3%: Fees paid by the company (Royal Mint). Visa/MasterCard Debit Card fees: Between 1% to 5%: Fees paid by the customer. This is why the Royal Mint moved to the Debit Card so they save a little money on their end and put it on the customer's shoulder. But this will prevent lots of customers from ordering as most customers do not have Visa/MasterCard debit card.
