And what a wonderful way to start this Friday morning, with a piece of Iberoamericana history. 

One certainly for the collectors out there. Having spent the good part of a week researching this, I could not find another, or previous sales. It would not surprise me if these were given to State delegates who attended the historical meeting in 1991. I seriously doubt there are many out there. 
A brief history:
“The month of July 1991 marks a milestone in the history of the creation of the Ibero-American Community of Nations. It was on that date, and in Guadalajara, Mexico, where the Heads of State and Government of the 21 member countries met for the first time. On that occasion, the leaders laid the foundations for the construction of a meeting forum that would allow them to advance in a common political, economic and cultural process. Thus, they decided to establish the Ibero-American Conference of Heads of State and Government with the participation of the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sovereign states of America and Europe. In this way, the path of political coordination of the governments began in their attempt to seek joint solutions to the challenges faced by the Ibero-American nations and convert the set of historical and cultural affinities of the Community into an instrument of unity and development, based in dialogue, cooperation and solidarity.” Condition- They are in excellent condition to my untrained eye. I have not taken them out of the capsules. If you need specific pictures please ask.
