Today I received the third coin in the black flag series which I didn’t want as the thought the design was awful compared to the original two in the series, but in the end I felt obligated to get it. Now it’s in my hand I have to say I’m glad I changed my mind it is growing on me 😆
Any thoughts on this one.....?

Ive received today this beauty, I’ve been looking for a graded balboa for a long time and hard work to find in the uk, absolute gorgeous world coinage 🤩

Today I received this lovely item beautifully packaged by our very own @Jamesd aka liquid metals uk 🙏

So I’ve got a few things from some fellow TSF members the past week or so, so I thought I would show them off before they are put away.
we have the following:
1oz round from @Ryan for trading for a lovely Camacho cigar from my end 😁 ( hope you enjoyed the stick)
The rest of the coins peace dollar, un peso’s and stunning standing liberty was from the always top bloke@DuncanWylieWilson who always has top coins at great price 👍
And finally the 3 1oz silver bullets from the relatively new @ATaylor all went well a little mix up with postage but was refunded the difference so a trustworthy seller 😆
obviously the bullets were bought because of those pesky werewolves you never can be too sure 🐺 😂
 

No im not so it’s getting returned, its sister it came with was nice that’s being kept, cant win em all 👍

Sorry when I say ‘high grade’ I mean, nicer than the washers knocking around and a premium has been paid because of it, it’s certainly not mintstate but still a nice grade…. Well apart from the cleaning 🤣

one is good other is questionable and I know what way I’m leaning 🤨

Interesting take, I appreciate it, the colours of the coin do make me think it hasn’t been cleaned or maybe it was just cleaned a long time ago, I do think I will be returning it unfortunately 🤣 thank you for your input 👍

It is a quarter dollar, FFS! Not gold, not proof...
Has been in pocket amongst dimes, halves and keys and washed several times by a good wife!

Looks cleaned because of hairlines and patchy colour, cleaned erratically would be my guess

I say cleaned. hairlines, uneven colour. There's a green spot on the shield also, which might be the remnents of pvc that's been cleaned off. - just my take on the pics
