Atkinsons Bullion & Coins

I have used Atkinsons multiple of times, delivery is always super quick and their customer service is excellent. The staff have always been very helpful and quick to respond to my questions on their live chat help. One of the best UK precious metals dealers in my opinion.

Bought quite a few coins from Atkinsons, always very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

They are also very security conscious when ordering, plus free delivery is a big bonus. 

Last but not least they have a great selection of coins.

Yes, good service, quick delivery, no drama - two Sovs.  I would definitely buy from them again.

I like this company, very quick delivery, and I like the variety of there coins. They mostly have a good selection of coins at good prices.

I used Atkinson's once, that will be the last time. They sent a dirty 1/4oz gold Brit with almost no protection. it was only in a flip with some tissue paper to protect it. I have never received a new coin in such bad condition. 

I then spoke to them on the phone and over email but their excuse was its bullion not a proof so it doesn't loose its value. 

Only after I had got the coin clean and I had told them I was going to review them did they say they would swap it.

In short, very bad quality control, almost no protection for postage, and even worse customer service.

2 stars is being very generous I think! Good luck to anyone who uses them and has a problem. I can guess what their response will be!

Whether it be gold or silver, Atkinsons have been the go to bullion dealer for me personally for a few years now.I can honestly say,hand on heart they have never let me down,always providing a swift service and high quality products.

I have always had a very good experience when buying from Atkinsons.

Delivery is always fast with the items well packaged and I have so far found that everything I have ordered has arrived in fantastic condition, including items I have purchased as 'pre-owned'.
