If I am not mistaken there are 25 coins in a tube (especially when you say they are mint sealed) in which case you've grossly undervalued your lot. Good luck with your sale 🙂

38.21mm is the size of the 2013 1oz silver brit.  38.61mm for a 2022

Not sure to be honest, I know from at least 2016 it's been 25, but my brain doesn't go back any further unfortunately.

I've finally put a 2013 sliver brit on top of a 2022.

They are exactly the same diameter and thickness.

Well, because of how they were made, the early ones had one Troy ounce of silver in (same as now) but actually weighed more than the later ones so surely must have different dimensions?🤔

2013 is the first year of .999 silver, so they will be identical to the modern ones. Before that though you are correct.

Price has changed due to silver price.
