Why do H&B have such a dogsh1t website? 

Look at the prices of the 2019 sov. Both on the same search result. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sounds like their business model is more about selling data than sovereigns based on the other thread.

They have different deals going at different times, sometimes they don't delete old deals, so savvy customers can still find them on search.

The website is absolutely terrible, if they stopped sending letters that cost £4.99 (fancy paper and envelopes) a time, they could use that money to hire a half competent website designer.

@ChardsCoinandBullionDealer have a "crew" that is developing and constantly improving the website - 

They have a lot of older websites that are being consolidated into the "ONE"!

I personally have noticed the continuing improvements

The reason for post is, I suspect the age of the people buying. Post works better for older folk in the UK
