Hi guys and gals

I'm new here - first post in fact - but what a great forum! I hope I can contribute in a positive way too.

I'm in my late 30's, live in Kent and started stacking in 2007 or 2008, can't really remember. I do recall my first purchase was a hand poured JM silver kilo bar for £280ish so it was a while back anyway! Silver has been my metal of choice but I'm trying to bump up the gold a bit so sovs are definitely a priority. My stack ratio must be 100:1 I reckon - although at today's prices it's hard to not want to fill your boots...

Cheers!

Welcome Barnstormer

Too right about filling you boots...although every time I do the price drops further.

Currently stacking 1/4 oz (22ct) and Sovs.

Welcome mate.

Quick question, are you a Man of Kent, or a Kentish Man?

Thanks Highland Tiger

Blimey, good question - I'll have to think.. I'm not born nor bred in Kent but the missus was from east ie Maid of Kent but now we live west..anyway I think the old Bob Monkhouse gag probably covers all options.."People often think I'm from Kent. I hear them whisper it as I walk past."

Cheers!

Yep, as long as the sky is blue and night follows day, a big purchase inevitably leads to a price drop. Until you sell of course, when the opposite is true.

Cheers!
