Perth Mint Lunar Goat - Picture

Don't know if its the picture but my first thoughts are these don't look very good..the detail on the faces look poor and the whole coins just looks a bit of a mess to me.

My first thoughts exactly.

I like it, but the picture makes the fur of the animals appear messy and almost look as though they all blend together which could be why people think it's all over the place.

I'll be getting one too, naturally.

I'll probably not go for the 1/2-10oz set on this one, and just maintain the sets.

I'll make the decision when I get one in hand though, as others have said they are often very different in the flesh.

If it turns out to be really unpopular then I'll probably buy a roll to flip in 5 years.

I am not going to be buying multiple 1oz. For investment I will put my money with the pandas when I have some spare cash.

I will however get a single 1oz, 10oz, and hopefully 1kg silver version for my collection.

I think the gold design is much better and will probably get one as well.

I like the Perth coin, the gold and the silver. I will buy 1 Gold because of the price and i will buy 1 set up to 10oz of silver for myself.  I may buy 5 more silver coins only as the goat/sheep is the weakest year in the Lunar cycle. Though if everyone doesn't buy them then they will be rare and the price will be higher in years to come

Maybe it is just the subject matter, it may be horny, but not to me.

I agree though it would be wise to stack a few when they are first released in case of premium rises.

Don't the premiums start high and then get lower over time?
