  2. We could be in Palestine Overrun by the Chinese line With the boys from the Mersey and the Thames and the Tyne But there's no danger -it's a professional career
  3. I have a full set of these plug ugly silver Maples. This is as good a reason as any to put it to bed.
  4. Gold Mexico 1/2oz World Cup 1986 With a mintage of just 102,000, I was delighted to procure this courtesy of @Colnago The reverse features a footballer in silhouette against the Aztec Calendar - offering a nod to the famous gold Veinte Pesos (total mintage of nearly 8 million!). Priced at peanuts over spot the purchase was a true bargain. Also in the lot were the three pictured Mx .720 silver World Cup coins.
  5. Silver Bullion at £50/oz - Bargain A couple of anniversary Libertad 3oz Coinbars, courtesy of @silversnowflake. Thanks also to @Webster for the au Ronseal.
  6. 2015 Gold Proof Fifth Portrait £1 Shield As with the silver proof pound coins, several gold £1 shields can often be extremely hard to track down as they were never issued as individual coins. This 2015 Fifth was only offered within the 8-coin gold proof Circulating Coinage set, mintage just 245. I'd never seen this particular coin offered on its Tod before, so I was a tad delighted to pick it up from the @CoinsOfTheRealmAuctions auction for spot+ postage. Shame about the mortuary slab.
  7. The most recent UK feebay sale for the 2004 and 2005 heffers was earlier this month - £448 for the pair delivered. Back in 2018 Goldsilver had the '04, '05 and '06 coins for sale at €90, €100 and €70 respectively plus €18 postage - about £245 all in for the three.
  8. Number 1 - The Larch...The Larch A somewhat different and handsome 10 Bolivianos from @stackerp5 along with a couple of quality bullion sovs, courtesy of @GreatCoins4U
  9. I would like to purchase this RAM coin, please.
  10. 2002 Gold Proof "Three Lions" £1 Coin Unpopularity be damned. I am an admirer of these Round Pounds, regardless of whether or not they are currently de rigueur. I see these coins as having excellent potential and - even if I'm wrong - buying RM proof gold coins at spot including RMSD represents outstanding value. 18g agw CGT-free to boot. This is my second 2002 (the inaugural gold pound, issued only in the RM Golden Jubilee Collection), the first being a 69-graded mortuary-slabbed specimen which is now demoted from "collectable" to "stack". @Colnago @MancunianStacker @dicker

  12. Palestine is merely another tool being used to disseminate further seeds of division.
  13. The failure by the BoE to deal with inflation is a long way from unintentional.
