Got my first bit of gold today with my gs.be order. 1/10th britannia. Now i have finished off my silver needs for this year until 18's are released, gonna start a wee gold stack to fill the time Should i keep it in the mint pack are put it into a capsule? Does it even matter?
Also picked up 1 of those big ben coins and mix of a few others. Not sure how that series will pan out, should be a nice. I only got the 1 cause im not paying 24 euro for a coin that will milk up.

171 bars came back all OK!
Actually they only drill tested one of them, the other 8 are all "Mint Error" bars as I messed up the stamping!
So 171 bars...6 stamps per bar...1080 stamps done today...
Fingers are sore but my back is the killer, hunched over the stamping block for 4 hours ain't good for the spine...
In fact, just going to go unzip my spine and have a well earned beer!

I reserve 420 if you get there
Was just looking and there are around 1600 members to the forum so far. Maybe 1200 at most are active logging in once a week are more. The fact that you can sell 150 of these with i guess most people buying 1 is quite an achievement. Just goes to show that quality over quantity of members make all the difference.

The bar on its own looks like a wood grain effect with the cooling lines.

Hmm - I may have to quit the day job at this rate...
I can take any milky silver now and make you 2.5oz pieces but not bigger until I upgrade my furnace later this year.
2018 there will hopefully be bigger bars on offer!

@jayboat It certainly doesn't look good for the pm's right now. Here's a little 10 min vid from a guy that seems to be pretty good at analysing gold and silver using Elliott waves. He does an interesting weekend clip every week. I reckon for his bearish option to be set back we need to see a decent bounce by the end of the week back to the 1720 region which is looking less and less likely. The weekly chart looks very bearish now and is currently forming the third of three black crows which is not good. If it turns here (1680) though before Friday night and forms a decent hammer that might be positive but it's not looking likely imo. I can see this falling all the way to trendline support at 1650 in pretty short order. A crash through that and we're going all the way to 15.60. That's the last line in the sand for the bullish case and as he says it would be a multi year consolidation if that happens.
