  1. i run mine similarly to others, as i mentioned in a previous comment i use excel and a accountancy book, for those that are interested book wise i use a " Collins Ideal - A6 Single Cash Book (Ref 411)" provides lines and columns so you can put seperate info.... in my case @ZRPMs Item number (everything gets a sequential number, so i can cross reference and label on item), Date purchased,  Item Description, Gold/ Silver/ Other,  My buy price (including postage etc as that what i have tied up in the item), Sale price (when i have sold an item)

They intend to gamble peoples money on high risk investments for the next 2 years to try and make a big profit. If they manage to double up, they'll give people their effective return of 18% in 2 years and pocket the rest. If they don't manage to make a profit (more likely), they'll close down this pop-up company and you'll take 100% of the loss

    This was my thoughts exactly

  3. I use a small accountancy style book, so I can put date, item, where, how much. Its pocket size so I can then carry it with me if I wish. I also then number items sequentially as I add, this also then correlates to an excel document. I then put a tiny sticker on coin case so all things tie together. That's just me though.

Presumably you have or the family member has done some due diligence and attempted to test the coins? Size weight etc, only asking as it may help to settle the off feeling you had

we have a family member who has purchased a few items

Hopefully said items turn up and it's not a scam. Not sure if the family member paid via Credit-card if so they may be offered some protection through it?
