Another $5 Billion notional gold dump today lowering spot price according to Zerohedge.

2016 Commemorative Pandas.  I do collect the silver ones when I can get them at a reasonable price but they always seem to be crazy expensive for what they are.  Decided to splash out a little on this set as it commemorates 120 years of the Shenyang Mint.

What is the issue with that one actually - super low mintage, or have they just all disappeared? I think we should all hunt with you for that coin.

2003 1/10 Brit from Atkinsons.  Still mint sealed so very happy with that as it was unexpected.
2009 & 1987 1/10 Gold Panda
1986 1/4 Gold Panda.  This is a half blind purchase.  €30 cheaper than the next dealer and €70 cheaper than OMP.  Quite happy with it and the original owner did have it in a different capsule which I've now replaced.
To house my OMP Pandas a nice hand made oak box.  Bit of an extravagent purchase but Gold Pandas so deserve it.

A 20g bar but not from a Mint.  This is made by Chow Tai Fook Jewellers in Hong Kong who were an official partner for the China 2015 Milan Expo.  Front shows the actual Pavilion that was built and used at the Expo.

2016 Cook Islands 100 g Silver St. Peter's Basilica 4-Layer Coin.

Received the two beautifully poured 2oz silver inscribed medals with personalised coa and customized everything from @SilverStan Anniversary gifts for my parents and they were joyously received.....a huge hit. Thanks SilverStan for all the care and hard work you and your missus put into crafting them. You are an absolute star. And thank you also for including a cd-rom with it all with photos etc of the stages of crafting everything. That was a beautiful touch

Wasn't really interested in gold coins until I got to this forum and Numistacker educated me on the rarity and beauty of the 2014 Gold Proof Libertad series.  Just happened to be at a local coin show and was able to pick this one up.  Enjoy

@Pampfan that's a nice way to kick off your gold collecting! Good choice of coin, year, and grade! Your "local coin show" in NYC may be a bit of a better hunting ground than some of ours in the UK when searching for Libertads?

Really starting to feel the higher spot prices now, as I'm paying considerably more per batch for a few coins less each time. It won't stop me from buying more...

Nice pickups @Scuzzle but not ideal handling from Atkinsons. I wanted to get a few but guess some one made a bulk buy on those.

I got 10x of the pre owned 2011 Britannias from Atkinsons through this morning, they would have all been perfect and blemish free if Atkinsons had not bundled them all together in a poly bag, because of this the reeding has left minor scratchhing on the Queens neck on just about all the coins as they have rubbed together.  Can't complain as I bought pre owned but it's just a shame as the original owner obviously took great care of them.
Atkinsons had hundreds of a good few types of pre owned silver coins when I ordered these and now there's hardly any.

Cool ?.  I've now got quite a few raw notes. I'm a big fan of these notes all the detail of a note but still a precious metal. 
I'm a collector obviously not a stacker and they really are beautiful! 

Got a Tokelau PF70 2015 Goat off Ebay through this morning, £35 inc. postage which I thought was decent.

Love the sovereign, just getting "into" them and really happy with this one at what i paid for it, though someone please tell me if condition sucks so i know for the future what is the right price to pay @sovereignsteve. It does look much nicer in person, still getting used to this camera and getting the lighting right for gold to show off its colour
