Arrived from arshi. Loving the 2002 1/2 sov shieldback....goes nicely with the full shieldback 2002 and the 1911 is a good old fashioned hardworking sov.  Especially ove the coa from the coin dealer as I often visit the Tiptree Farm to buy jam and take back with me when I am in Good Ole Blighty so now I can get some jam, have a pot of tea and some scones n butter n jam and go visit a coin shop - win win

It's on my way to Maldon for the salt, fish n chips by the river estuary and a really great game pie along the high street and beyond who have facilities just outside Maldon.

China World Heritage Brass 2016 Beijing Imperial Palace 2 - Collecting silver in this series is too expensive since I started late and missed out on the first few.  Premiums are far too high for me now.
2016 150g Panda - This will be a spare and has come in the OMP which is a bonus.  Originally supplied in sheets of 3 but most of the time suppliers cut them from the pouches so that they can be inserted into the coin slot.

Got my sovereigns (x5) delivered from Atkinsons, all newish coins as requested (2004 and up) - filled my second tube!!!

1/10 oz Platinum Noble, 1984.
eBay for £75.50. My first platinum coin, seems a reasonable price looking around. 
Can anyone with more platinum knowledge confirm this?

Really like the condition on both of these, way nicer than what I was expecting. I´m still no expert, but I can see little bit of luster in 1850-O, no marks or scratches. So maybe AU (or even low MS)?

A few nice pieces of gold today..the 1974 Krug for under £880 -  cheaper than most from dealers now. My first shield sov - an 1872 Sydney, and my first $10 Liberty Head eagle - an 1879 San Francisco. Bit of a splurge ...but good value, and some nice historic gold. Have to confess - I am a bit of a fan of the much maligned Krugerrands!, possibly because it was my first gold coin when I started in 2014, so quite happy to add more. ?
