Think I saw it was until the end of the year with 2024s being made January onwards, unlimited mintage until then
Perfect cheers.

I must have missed it, is it a limited mintage run for the bullion full crowned coronation Sovereign? Or is it just through to the end of the year?

I've got mine, this is the last proof for a while. Unless KC3 pops his clogs.
I was supposed to be stacking, but ended up getting the Jubilee, Memorial, SOTD, and this one.
So rest of the year, bullion only. Someone please remind me of this message in a few months lol

My old man is waiting at home for mine, the Royal Mail tracker is rubbish!!! No idea where it is, hopefully he'll still be home when it gets there!

Mines been dispatched, CS must have just been talking out of their rear!!
-
They've now just taken the payment! Unexpected and I had moved money out of that account, anticipating putting money back in next week.
Very funny and annoying!!

End June / early July? YIKES!!!
Aren’t they all supposed to be struck this Saturday?
Why would the RM hold on to 1260 coins for almost two months? 🫤
No idea. You'd think they'd have the booklets, cases etc all ready to go.
Check each coin on Saturday, put the good ones in their cases and send?!
Of course they are extremely busy at the moment though with all the coronation coins.

Just finished a call with the RM.
The SOTD Sov is not expected to be delivered until end June / beginning of July, so they didn't want to hold customers money.
No reason orders shouldn't go through, despite the charge dropping off 'pending'.
Well, unless I don't have the cash available at that point!

I've just noticed the same.
Order is in progress on the website, the payment went from pending to no longer being charged on my bank account.
I've emailed them.

Right, I think I'll try for the proof when that comes out later this year, and I'll be back to bullion Sovs.
I'd be pretty happy with a collection of:
- QEII Jubilee Proof
- QEII Memorial Proof
- KCII SOTD Coronation
- KCII Proof
I guess that's until we start having to think about William!!
Edit: lol! Yes, KCIII! Takes a while to adjust lol!!

because there will be proof and unlimited bullion, i guess 850 -900 at 70
I think because they are SOTD for the first Coronation in 70yrs, they should (should!) have more of a premium for collectors. £1,000 seems reasonable for now.

1/4 oz still available. Trying not to buy it right now...

Sold out now! The queue went very quickly in the end. Glad I was able to secure my SOTD.

Just got an email from Royal Mint about the Coronation sovereign
Quite like it being the first Charles sovereign with G&D on the reverse..
But wont be going through RM if I decide to get any ..and you will probably be looking at Christmas before they start sending any out after the last performance with the Memorial sovereigns
Yeah, pretty happy with how it looks and it's g&d. I wonder how much though!!
-
Really hope I can get a sotd sov and that it has a crown! That would be quite special.
-
-
It's a couple of months until the coronation, when do we think we will hear about the coronation sov?

Just put my first Chards order in - picking up a bullion to go with my proof (not from Chards!).
I can see why some people think the bullion looks fussy, but it's a very special occasion and it needed a special coin.
Flipping Royal Mail. Rubbish. Had to change the delivery date last week as I wasn't going to be in when they decided to deliver, so they said they'd 'try' to deliver by 13:00 today. Nothing. The app is rubbish, it left the delivery office this morning and that's as much as I know. I need to go out.
Edit: This worked!!! Delivered as soon as I complained!! lol
