I like the small coins myself, especially 1/20 pandas and Australian lunar.  Small but perfectly formed. Also I can buy them when I get an itch without worrying too much about the cost.

Two Perth Mint 1/20th ounce Australian nuggets - from 1991 and 2001. This was a bit of an experiment to see if I like them, - only problem is they are so darn small I can hardly see them properly !!! See the 5p for comparison.  Jury is out on these fractionals. Maybe fractionals should only really be 1/4 ounce and above ? I get it that the fractionals retain value, but I might out that to the test by reselling them so I get something more substantial.  Anyone a fan of these small coins?

After 15 months of looking actively for this set, or the kilo set which I missed recently from Germany, the last 2oz proof coin to complete my date run is now in my collection

A soviet Chervonetz coin. One off my wishlist for this year. I dont see many of them about, and i am pretty eclectic in my choice of coins. Keeps me interested.

Bought an 1883 s ms63 Morgan dollar for £40 and a 5 reichsmark 1938 e for £13 at the midland coin fair. Always wanted a graded Morgan dollar and £40 seemed fine with me, no idea if that was good/bad/normal or not  . Dont know if it's just me, but the prices seem a lot more reasonable there today.
