  1. They look fine to me, but I'm not into grading so take that with a pinch of salt!
  2. I think that just means it's box number 4. They're all for single sovereigns looking at the photos.
  3. The quarters are now orderable: https://www.royalmint.com/invest/bullion/bullion-coins/gold-coins/the-quarter-sovereign-2022-gold-bullion-coin/ I wonder if the delay was due to not having the right sized capsules readily to hand! The ones in blister packs are still not available to order as I write this.
  4. Was that the right link? That takes me to a box for a single coin. I probably won't bother making up a "bullion set" unless I manage to stumble upon a box that is ridiculously cheap. Just for the novelty!
  5. The non-piedfort silver fiver should also have the edge inscription I think. I'll find out tomorrow when it arrives!
  6. Worth noting that eBay won't add VAT if you go over the threshold for customs duty liability (£135), but when it's about to reach the UK you could expect VAT, import duty, a handling fee and annoying delays to be added.
  7. Do people ever sell their unwanted 4-coin proof set boxes when they get them graded?
  8. Interesting - my bullion double sov came in a push-fit capsule.
  9. Also got some silver today. This is the best photo I could get from my phone as it's so tiny (2022 Double Sovereign for scale!)
  10. No. Just a transparent ziplock bag with the product code & barcode on.
  11. That would be amazeballs, but even being able to complete that elusive 4-coin set (albeit in bullion) would be nice!
  12. How can I not?! Just waiting for it to become orderable
  13. H&B should be dispatching soon I imagine, as I've just received the ones I ordered directly from the Mint.
  14. Just landed! The one in a capsule is a double.
  15. And with the same logic, the other case they sell - which fits only 10 Sovereigns - is clearly for Jubilee ones
  16. Clutching at straws here but.... S is the 19th letter of the alphabet
  17. If there are any US sellers also enrolled in the global seller program, that is the least painful way to buy them, as you can pay the VAT up front via ebay and avoid any additional handling fees.
  18. I wouldn't have thought so. You'd expect to pay VAT on silver proof coins if you bought them in the UK, wouldn't you?
  19. Good point, I didn't notice that! Looks like the whole thing comes in a sleeve with the jubilee stuff on it.
  20. I don't think it will do as well as those. The desirability of the 2022 proof sovereigns must surely be impacted by the availability of the same design in unlimited edition bullion form.
  21. The price of platinum is also near the lowest it's been over the past year... Still have to add on that VAT though
