  1. Commemorative years will always command a premium..but not always the rule...1989,2002,2005,2012,2017 etc...Also privy marks and mintages but I'm sure you know that....Like the Silver Britannia's....the older versions of Britannia on her chariot, the face of Britannia, sitting with the lion..privy marks the list is endless, these will always be a higher premium than your bog standard Britannia...but saying that I don't think our Britannia is bog standard...one of the nicest if not the best design on a coin in the world....IMO.👍
  2. Hi... Thought I would add my pennies worth...the 2017 Britannia's will always command a little more premium as its the 200th anniversary of the Gold sovereign. Regards...
  3. Yes, it's still a lowish mintage not for the La Casa de Moneda de México But for 1oz bullion coins in general........taking the Perth mint out of the equasion of course...I've just picked up 10 2021 libertads...might sell five keep five.. Regards
  4. 78 cards in a Tarot deck....so going to be a large series if they produce them all...But amazing if you get them all..
  5. How many are there in this series?? Regards
  6. Getting them for 1 or £2 over spot was a good deal, I would have bought a few 1g's for that price. But at todays spot price for 1g you are looking upwards of £15 over spot = £1705.00 oz.....😳😳😳😳😳😳
  7. The fact that there is an abscence of a micro "A" under the Captial "A" in Australia..is a Red flag to me..
  8. I'd never buy 1g bars....might as well get your fiat and set light to it and flush it down the toilet....just my opinion ..😯
  9. I doubt it....but as I said I did look at other Gold who coins and the obverse were all the same...but the reverse to me did look wonky..but maybe its my eyes that are wonky..😆😆
  10. I bow to your superior experience..🌝
  11. I've looked at other who Gold coins and the date isn't at 12 o'clock....the 1 of the 2021 is at 12 o'clock but the dates are starting at 11 o'clock..I'm no expert on die's, but does look wonky to me but I'm probably wrong and other members on here will let you know..be interesting to find out..🙂
  12. The obverse is fine so looking at the reverse, it definitely looks wonky to me..🤪 you might have something a little special 👍👍
  13. Think the mint has made a **** up 😂😂😂😂😂😂

    Neither will yours...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  15. Hi... Can anyone tell me the mintage figure for the 2021 1oz libertad??? I've been looking online and am getting nowhere apart from one place (The name evades me) that it's 613.000 which I don't believe as that is way way too high for the Mexican mint....so does anyone know the exact mintage? If infact it has been released yet...Appreciate your knowledge. Regards.......
  16. I've bought from Atkinsons a few times without any problems, also Bullionbypost...The advice above is good, compare before you buy. Chards is excellent especially their customer service. Regards.
  17. I totally understand everyone's views on silver at the moment, I'm not that happy with it all....prices,premiums etc....But!! When I hear people talking about the price of silver 10 years ago and how "They wish they had backed the Truck up then".... Will we be saying the same thing in another 10 years if silver hits that $50/60 Spot price or more??? Just putting that out there as a thought... Regards
  18. That was a very good lucky dip....👍👍
  19. I would only buy from Ebay if you know what you are doing, know the seller, look at their feedback but ( That's not always a gauretee of an honest seller) The TSF is a good place to buy moreover check out bullion dealers..although they often only have a limited amount of coins to sell...e.g if you want to purchase say Britannia's pre 2012 and special editions you are going to have to create a stock alert and wait until they have them in stock which could take some time...you will always find what you are looking for on Ebay..but you take the chance that its the real thing and not a fake..even with sellers with very high feedback aren't 100% genuine...I've found that out to my cost but only with 1 fake coin...its getting harder as more sellers are buying C@#P fake coins from China😡😡 and passing them off as the real deal but if you know what your looking for you can spot that they are fakes as they are totally inferior products....Stick with sellers on here..or buy from the RM-Chards-the coin connection-Bullion by post-Baird n Co...just to mention a few.... Ebay has a diversity of different coins..but you have to be very very careful..the market seems to be getting flooded with more fakes.. Good luck...
  20. Yes....cut it in half or, drill a whole throught it.... the only way you would know 100% that it is silver with no hidden surprises in the middle..🤔🤔🤔

Deffinatly not £97 worth of coins in that tin...The re-strikes will probably end up on ebay in a few weeks...Amazing what some people will buy and how much they will pay !!!!
  23. I do like the George coins..I have a few Gold sovreigns.. If you want to collect George IV silver (I don't know your budget) but I would spend a little more and get a nicer condition one. The one you are looking at is an ok'ish price considering the wear but there are better examples out there for a few pounds more.... Regards
