Received a few coins today. A beautifully toned 1866 Morgan dollar,1884 sol,1948 5peso and an 1866 maximiliano 1peso.

Laying low for a bit after the financial boot in the b@lls that is Xmas with kids, but couldn't not buy this pre 47 sixpence date run for a little under spot. Thanks to @A1dyn3 who was a pleasure to deal with.
Probably about half way to a complete pre 47 date run, apart from the wreath crowns which is another project altogether!

Today I received my full set of 2oz silver Queens beasts 
was a bit worried as it got lost with Royal Mail but it finally made it 
well chuffed

Been a while since I bough anything from the forum but did pick up the below Shields (the 1881S G&D was bought elsewhere) from @1stsovereign and they arrived today

Yesterday I received a 100ml four-nine gold from the wife...

A very welcome gift from yesterday, 1g gold Om bar. Eye-watering premium, but very pretty and a wee bit different!

Just before Christmas I visited a Korean coin dealer in Seoul who I have been following on Instagram for a few years.
He stocks a lot of US Morgan dollars so I bought two that I will crack out of their PCGS holders and add to my Whitman Morgan Dollar album.
The 1880 New Orleans is a variety which is a my first.
I also took the opportunity to buy a few older Korean banknotes to add to the collection. The 10,000 Won note features King Sejong  (1397 to 1450) who introduced the Korean alphabet in 1446.

Yeah the first one in the series I have graded at ms70 I actually have two of them, there's only 3 of them so far released so I'm up to date

Finally got my lion of england, swapped for an oriental border brittania and a bottle of bloody expensive whisky with a work colleague who had 4 of them and didn't know they were worth anything!!
 Just need the falcon, horse, greyhound and dragon to complete the set. 

Next arriving today (despite the strike) is a double 2002 sovereign from @Skelator88.  I have bullion full and half, so this (sort of) builds on that set.

Lovely 1911 Florins Matt, here’s mine, although I have graded the Gold from the set, I agree with @Simmoleon it’s always a pity to split sets and grade, the Silver just looks far too nice in my cabinet to grade.
