You know when premiums are gone and people aren’t buying at £100 under stop… 1oz + gold coins ain’t as liquid as we all thought once. GLWS. 

Maybe worth taking to Atkinsons. Aren’t they giving spot on gold?

I found that surprising too, £100 under spot = bargain if your a gold buyer at the moment.

Thanks buddy. Yes I’ll look at main dealers if necessary. But always used the forum to sell. Ultimately I’m not desperate to sell and happy for it to sit in safe deposit box if necessary. As you say, I think a lot of people holding off with the 1 oz coins at the moment. Just seems a waste to melt this down.

Atkinsons will give you £2035, you will likely get better from @Auronum though
