Good price for quarter oz coins.  By my 'rithmatic that's less than 2% over spot.

The Sovereign is the quintessentially British coin.  It has a German queen on the front, an Italian waiter on the back, and half of them were made in Australia.

Out of money for the month though.  I did think about picking up a couple but I think it will have to wait.

Never mind.

I've gone from spending nothing on metal this month to £1500 already - and its the first of the month FFS!

I'm scrabbling around to get £1k for the silver 1Kg coin.

Don't tell my Mrs.

Oh burger I missed this as I was having lunch by the pool! did I mention I'm on holiday?

Central bankers are politicians disguised as economists or bankers. They’re either incompetent or liars. So, either way, you’re never going to get a valid answer.” - Peter Schiff

Sound money is not a guarantee of a free society, but a free society is impossible without sound money. We are currently a society enslaved by debt.

And thus is the zen of gold addiccollecting.  On the plus side is that you're constantly broke so the money doesn't get spent on other sh1te.
At least, that's what I keep telling myself.
